2013 More Than Just Weight Loss Week 5

Congratulations everyone, only 2 more weeks to go!

Here are the recommendations for week five.

Nutritionally:

  • Eliminate as many animal products as possible during this time
  • For Protein Types, you may need to eat a small amount of animal product once or twice per day
  • Be sure it is of the highest quality
  • Mixed Types may add an animal product as needed but no more than once per day
  • Veggie Types should have no issue due to the protein content of the ClearVite

Supplements:

  • Turmero Active – 5 ml (approx. 1 teaspoon) twice a day
  • Resvero Active – 5 ml (approx. 1 teaspoon) twice a day
  • Ultra-D Complex – 2 teaspoons twice a day
  • Hepato-Synergy – 1 packet twice daily
  • ClearVite – Days 8 thru 14
  • 1 serving daily before breakfast, lunch and dinner 

Use your Nutritional ID meal plan as best as possible during this phase.
